About Chef Nikki

Nikki’s Kitchen was founded in April 2017 by Chef-Owner Nicole Hicks, affectionately known as Nikki by her family and friends. After a friend asked her to cater a Boutique Pop Up, Nikki decided to form Nikki’s Kitchen as a full-service Catering/ Private Chef Company. Nikki graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 and is also an American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian. Born in Brooklyn New York & raised in Baltimore Maryland Nikki grew up in cities full of diverse food and culture. She was gifted with a passion for food and natural talent for cooking which led to her endless pursuit of feeding the world with love. Taste the experience for yourself!
